i have used the 64 oz tall classic container on g series vitamix and it works just fine. to me the tall 64 oz classic container works in every situation, without of having to change containers, and it makes smoother smoothies and nut butters than wide low profile 64 oz container in my opinion. so if you can only have 1 container for all usages, i would pick the tall 64 oz classic container.

Can I leave the Void pad on my Vitamix when I'm not using it as a vacuum blender? I vacuum blending used for anything other than smoothies?

May I recommend anyone who has a Kitchen Aid, buy their grinder accessory. It is specifically made for the process & does a great job.

$300.00 dollars for just a lid that you can only use to vaccumm a container is way over priced. I am planning on getting a Vaccumm sealer for food. and I own a vitamix gifted +15 year ago and still working like new. That being said is there a just a lid that I can put on my vitamix container and use the vacuum sealer I'm going to get. Which just a lid by itself would be way cheaper

Really stuck between the 3300 and 3500. I am upgrading. Had my last refurbished Vitamix for almost 10 years and am looking to purchase one compatible with the food processor. I don't need bells and whistles but do want it to stand the test of time and be compatible with new items that come out (which make me think I need digital). If I am reading correctly the 3500 ahs the 5 pre programmed options (I won't use this as I tend to have my own preference on bleeding times). BUT, the website also says its 100 less than the 3300 which does no have the presets. Is this correct?

I purchased the E320 for my daughter. Only complaint is the small batch smoothies don’t come out as smooth. Is there a better container than the one that came with it for small batches?

I’m still using my trusty 5200 that I bought around 2008!! Hard to believe it’s been 16 years already!! One of the best investments I’ve ever made.

I bought this a few years ago and now it doesn’t work as good as it used to. It barely vacuums. You can’t avoid liquid from getting in the vacuum and whatever gets caught in there will mold. It started off great. Not so much anymore.

Have they made a lid yet that would work with the newer Ascent Vitamix models with the chip in them?

My Pro 750 (with the metal base in stainless steel, so they don’t make that anymore) is nearing 8 years old. Not under warranty anymore. I keep wondering if I should get the A3500 or stick with my blender. If anyone has gone from 750 to a3500 and can offer me their thoughts, I’d love it.

Just upgraded from the 5200 to the a3500. We love making soups, smoothies, processing raw veggies, etc and felt having the program features and smart technology would be even better for our lifestyle and usage.

My Ninja blender/food processor broke (second one) and I told myself the next one would be a Vitamix. But which one? Now I know. This video is the second one I have seen about this brand. However the other said that they have plastic jars. Is this true? I prefer using glass for food prep and have real concerns with plastic contacting food. Thank you.

Get a Pro 750 or a 7500. Reality says that the programs are pretty much unnecessary. The top end models with the RFID chip is simply unnecessary technology. If they still make the 5200, that is also a good model but tends to be rather tall and can't fit under most kitchen cabinets. Still, an excellent blender. Simple.

Nutribullet is superior even in its 600w form. They are popular for a reason.
